Terms, confidentiality and privacy

What we do with what you trust us with.

This covers any work we do together and what happens when you write to us from this site. It is in plain English on purpose: if something doesn't sit right with you, tell us before you sign.

In effect since September 16, 2026.

1. Who we are

Riendas is the studio of Nathalia Talavera and Yonatan Shkolnik (Jonathan), based in Asunción, Paraguay. We are two people: there is no team behind us and no vendor that isn't named in this document. Contact: hello@riendas.studio.

2. What you're buying

  • Audit & plan — we go through your business end to end and hand you the diagnosis and the roadmap. $750, fixed price.
  • Implementation — we build what the plan calls for, inside your own tools. $1,200 for up to 2 implementations; 3 to 5, $550 each; 6 or more, let's talk.
  • Fractional COO — we stay and run it with you. $1,500 a month.
  • Maintenance (optional) — we look after what we built. $100 a month.

Every piece of work is confirmed in writing, with its scope and its deliverables. What isn't in there isn't included; if something new shows up along the way, we quote it before we do it.

3. Payment

All prices are in US dollars and are the same for every country. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the audit is paid in two parts (half to start, half on delivery) and implementation in three (to start, at the mid-point, on delivery), so you see progress before each payment. Work starts on the first payment. We accept international wire, Payoneer and PayPal; the fees of whichever channel you choose are on you, and taxes in your country are not included.

If an invoice goes unpaid for more than 15 days we may pause the work until it's settled. We'll tell you first — never out of the blue.

4. What we need from you

For this to work we need real information (numbers, processes, what isn't working), one person who can decide and answer, and access to the tools we're going to review or touch. If any of that is delayed, the timeline moves by the same amount.

5. How we get into your tools

This is the part we care about most, so we wrote it as a rule rather than a promise:

  • We never ask for your passwords. If someone claiming to be from Riendas asks you for a password or a verification code, they are not from Riendas.
  • Our own accounts, never shared ones. You invite us as users with our @riendas.studio addresses, on the lowest role that lets us do the job, with two-factor authentication on our side.
  • If a tool doesn't support invited users, we use a shared password manager (never email or chat) and you rotate that password when we're done.
  • Only what's needed. We ask for access to the tool we're working in, not to your whole account. Where read-only permissions are enough, read-only is what we ask for. Building and testing sometimes needs a higher permission: when it does, we tell you what it's for, and when the project ends you remove us from it.
  • Nothing breaks without warning. Before we touch live data we export a copy, test in a sandbox or on a small set of records, and show you the result before applying it to everything. No bulk deletions.
  • We don't write to your customers. We don't send anything to your list — it isn't something we do. If the work includes building an automation that writes to your contacts, we hand it over switched off and you turn it on.
  • Clean exit. When the work ends — or the day you ask, no explanation needed — you remove our access and we delete the copies we were working from. We confirm it in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Everything we see about your business is confidential: numbers, customers, prices, processes, conversations, tools. We don't share it with anyone outside Riendas, we don't use it for our own benefit or for another client's, and the obligation outlives the work. For personal data about your customers or members, it never expires.

Confidentiality runs both ways: what we show you of our own methods stays between us too.

If we ever want to say publicly that we worked together — a case study, your logo, a number — we ask you first, in writing. If you'd rather we didn't, that's fine: nothing about the work changes.

7. Your data and your customers' data

If you give us access to a customer list, a member base or a community, that data stays yours. We touch it only to do the work you hired us for. Specifically:

  • We don't sell, rent or hand over data to anyone. Ever.
  • We don't add your people to our lists. Nobody in your base goes into our CRM, our newsletter or any offer of ours.
  • We don't reuse your data on other projects, not even anonymized or aggregated.
  • We don't keep copies. We work inside your tools. If we need an export to analyze something, we ask you for it, keep it in our Google Workspace restricted to the two of us, and delete it when that task is done.
  • Artificial intelligence: we use AI assistants for our own work (writing, code, analysis), on accounts configured so that conversations are not used to train models. We don't put your customers' or members' personal data into them — we work with structures, processes and aggregate numbers. If a specific job ever needed otherwise, we'd ask you first.
  • If something goes wrong — unauthorized access, a leak, a mistake of ours that exposes data — we tell you within 72 hours of finding out, with what we know and what we're doing about it.

The vendors we work with: Google Workspace (email and documents), Netlify (this site and its form), Dubb (our video CRM), Cal.com (scheduling), and the tools you already use. We don't add a new vendor that touches your data without telling you.

8. Who owns the work

Once it's paid for, what we build for you is yours: documents, automations, configurations, integrations, templates. We keep our own methods and general know-how, which contain nothing of yours.

9. Cancellation

The audit and implementations can be cancelled with written notice: we bill the work done up to that point and hand over whatever exists. The fractional COO and maintenance can be cancelled with 30 days' notice, from either side, with no penalty.

10. What we can and can't promise

We do the work with professional care and fix any mistake of ours you point out within 30 days of delivery, at no cost. What we can't guarantee are business results: those depend on decisions, market and execution we don't control.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the event. That does not limit our liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or for breaching the confidentiality in section 6.

11. This website

If you fill in the form you give us your company's website and your email. We use them to send you the video audit and to reply to you; they arrive in our inboxes and sit in Dubb, our CRM. If we never end up working together, we delete them after 12 months. You can ask us to delete them sooner at hello@riendas.studio: we do it and confirm.

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to download them.

12. Changes, law and contact

If we change these terms, we change the date at the top. For work already under way, the version in effect on the day we signed is the one that counts, unless we agree otherwise. If we sign a specific agreement with you that says something different, that agreement wins.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay, with jurisdiction in Asunción. Before any formal claim, we both commit to talking it through first: hello@riendas.studio.
